Meet The Author: N.R. Wolfman
“Where Fear and Fantasy Come to Life”
Hello mortal and welcome to my little corner of the internet. I hope you stick around!
Who Are You?
I’m N.R. Wolfman, a little independent author nestled up in the mountains of Colorado. I am an openly LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent author who tends to write in a little bit of everything. I’m also a member of the Cherokee tribe.
While I specialize in horror, I love to work in all sorts of different genres from fantasy to romance (shocking, I know). In my opinion, you can never write in too many different genres.
What’s Your Writing Journey Like?
Writing has always been a large part of my life. I published my first novel, The Woods, at just 16 years old. I also worked in journalism for two and a half years before eventually turning to write on my own. I now am a member of both the Writing Heights Writer’s Association and an official speaker for the Colorado Authors League.
I’ve spoken at multiple events across the world including Fan Expo Denver 2022 and Fan Expo Canada 2024. I also mentor up-and-coming authors and I’m always happy to lend a hand to anyone needing a bit of help (my DMs are always open)!
What Do You Do When You’re Not Writing?
Often times you can find me hanging out with my dogs, lounging at the boba tea shop, or hiking around an abandoned sanitorium.
I’m a massive cinephile outside of my work and if you get me talking about directors (mainly horror/80s), be prepared to listen to my rants.
